I grew up as a spunky, high-energy athlete who loved pushing my body to its limits—whether on the field or in the weight room. That passion eventually led to a knee injury, which sparked a deeper interest in anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation. It was a turning point that inspired me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Appalachian State University. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built a career in personal training, nutrition coaching, and counseling—guiding others toward lasting health. Along the way, I’ve learned that willpower alone isn’t enough to stay committed to our physical goals. As a Christian, I’ve discovered that true strength comes from God. Now, I’m passionate about helping my clients tap into their God-given potential and lean on Him for the endurance, discipline, and confidence to become the healthiest, most empowered version of themselves.
